STRENGTH IN STAGES PROGRAM

The Look. Foundation, in partnership with United Way of Greater Plymouth County, is proud to launch Strength in Stages, a 5-week program created to educate, support, and connect caregivers of children and young adults with PANS/PANDAS. The program includes four virtual sessions and culminates in a powerful in-person Evening of Storytelling, where experienced caregivers and young adults share their journeys with honesty, resilience, and hope. No caregiver should walk this journey alone and we would be honored to have you join us. If financial circumstances are a concern, please don’t let that hold you back. Reach out confidentially to Barbie@lookfoundation.org.

AETNA EXPANDS IVIG COVERAGE FOR PANS/PANDAS

We’re excited to share that Aetna has updated its medical policy to include PANS and PANDAS. Under the revised guidelines, IVIG may now be covered when deemed medically necessary and when specific diagnostic criteria are met.

This marks meaningful progress in recognizing the immune-mediated basis of these conditions and expanding access to appropriate care. We encourage families and clinicians to review Aetna’s full policy for details.

This milestone reflects years of advocacy and dedication from our community. We’re grateful to everyone who helped move this forward, together, we continue pushing for greater recognition, access, and better outcomes.
