GRANT REVIEW
Around this table are stories no family ever expects to live. Each folder represents a child or young adult battling PANS/PANDAS, and caregivers doing everything they can to help them heal. The stories are heartbreaking. The courage is overwhelming. And we are deeply honored to review every single application. These decisions are never easy. We look forward to the day when funding is no longer the limiting factor, when every family who needs support can receive it. Until then, we keep showing up. Reading carefully. Choosing thoughtfully. And offering hope where we can.
Support families in crisis by donating or sharing.

CUNNINGHAM LAB DONATION
Dr. Madeleine Cunningham’s pioneering work uncovered how Group A strep–triggered autoantibodies affect the brain in PANDAS and Sydenham chorea, bringing clarity and hope to families. That work continues today through Dr. Chandra Menendez. Without urgent funding, her position—and critical momentum—are at risk Look. is proud to contribute $5,000 to help protect this research. Continued progress depends on all of us.
VIRTUAL ADVOCACY DAY
This spring, NAPPA, the National Alliance for PANS/PANDAS Action, is entering a critical new phase of federal advocacy in partnership with the Center for Lyme Action (CLA). Together, we are advancing the Infection-Associated Neuropsychiatric Conditions (IANC) Initiative, which includes PANS, PANDAS, Lyme disease, and Bartonella—working to elevate these conditions within Congress and federal agencies. This effort includes a federal white paper and a Virtual Advocacy Day on March 31. We are also expanding our national advocate network and launching new tools to help families and supporters get involved. Sign up to stay informed and participate in upcoming actions.
The Look. Foundation is dedicated to changing the course of mental health by ensuring that no child or young adult with PANS/PANDAS is missed.
